From talking to many of you, I’ve become all too aware that it’s hard to find art classes for your kids. While I do many classes in person, this option is online, so your kids can take the course from anywhere!

AP art is great for the student / child that loves art, and is considering pursuing a career in art, or simply wishes to greatly strengthen their skills and stretch themselves.

You’ll have the option to decide if you want to go through the process of turning in a portfolio and applying for AP credit, or if you simply wish to take the course to grow as an artist and creative thinker.

Not sure what AP means? AP courses are considered college level courses that students can take while in high school, or if they are taking a gap year between high school and entering college.

I know that taking art online, seems challenging, and a bit strange. But with the use of video, both live and recorded, it’s actually very doable, fun, and a great way for many students to learn.

Students go through the course, and submit a portfolio at the end to the college board, where they receive a score that determines if they are able to get college credit for the course.
