Purchase Planners

Did anyone ever teach you how to plan? That might seem like a strange question, but in my 15 years of teaching and 5+ years of leading teams, one that I’ve seen over and over is that we all need to know how to plan, and it’s something that NO ONE teaches us. Some people figure it out on their own along the way, and it leads to a lot of frustration, disappointment, and missed opportunities.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

I’ve spent a lot of time and money honing my skills to plan and execute, and I’ve tested those ideas and techniques with students and team members. It doesn’t matter how smart you are, or how hard you work, if you aren’t good at making and following a plan, you’re always going to feel like you’re falling behind.

The Creative Planner

Who:

The creative planner was designed with adults in mind, however, I don’t like to define people by age, so take a look.

What:

You shouldn’t have to keep track of multiple books in order to have everything that you need. This planner is designed to keep track of catch everything that’s happening in your life. It’s sleek and professional cover means that you can confidently carry it into any meeting. Every other spread is blank and ready to capture your notes, dreams, doodles, sketches, or dinner plans.

Fill in the day on each page, allowing you to make this as flexible as you wish. Some weekends you might want to ditch all responsibilities and leave the planner behind.

The spreads guide you to track the following information:

  • Space to track how much you want to move your body each day
  • Cross off glasses of water (or wine) just kidding, THAT would be A LOT  of wine, to keep yourself hydrated
  • Note what you’re grateful for
  • Write down what you want to learn that day. It doesn’t need to be BIG thing (in fact it shouldn’t be, you only have a day). Make it something simple like how to post a video on TikTok, had to create one formula in excel. Learning one small thing each day creates momentum.
  • What questions do you have? The first step of the creative process is preparation, which means that you ask a question and help to signal that you need or want to find an answer. Writing down questions increases your chances of finding the answers.
  • Top 3 things that you want to accomplish because more than 3 is almost always too much
  • Space to track meetings and appointments for the day

The creative planners are 107 pages, so that they have enough space to capture a lot of your life, while also being small enough that they’re easy to take with you everywhere you go.

There are 3 versions of the creative planner so that you can decide what kind of spread you like best. All planners are under $10, so pick your favorite and start bringing your creative ideas to life!
