How to Get Noticed in 2016
There was this wonderful time in my life when I had these things called abs, and then about a year ago, I stopped working out, and those little buggers disappeared.
I try to tell myself that it’s normal not to have six pack abs, but that is easier said than done when you’re married to a personal trainer that doesn’t appear to have an ounce of fat on his body.
So while this isn’t a new years resolution, because I hate those, I”m getting those abs back one or another. And I fear that it will be the way that causes me to do crunches, bridges, and that pesky Pilates teaser series. ( don’t know what I mean, you have two choices, be thankful and remember that ignorance is bliss, or do some googeling, which in turn will likely make you want to punch me in the face.)
I first acquired those abs because there was this cute guy that worked at the gym, which greatly increased my gym attendance. ( I ended up marrying the cute guy)
So this email is not actually about abs or finding your husband, it’s about accountability. The new year is the time of year that we make goals, and often times we aren’t so good at keeping those goals.
To help us all start out the new year right, I’d like to invite you to join the 5 day pinterest challenge.
I’ll be doing it along with you, it’s the perfect way to jump start your year. Here’s to making 2016 the year that you get noticed.
