While I’ve been teaching online for years, it’s only recently that everyone working in education is trying their hand at online teaching and learning. Some are finding success, however, most are landing in frustration and overwhelm.

When teaching online, you can’t just take what you did in person, and do the same thing, but on a computer. What was done in person, needs to be translated, adapted, and sometimes 100% changed in order for it to work online. And that takes time and practice.
